Yale’s Chief Investment Officer,oversees $22 billion in Endowment assets and several hundreds of millions of dollars of other investment funds. Under his stewardship, during the past 28 yearsthe Yale Endowment generated returns of 13.8 percent per annum, a record unequaled among institutional investors. Mr. Swensen leads a staff of 30, located near the University’s campus in downtown New Haven.

Prior to joining Yale in 1985, Mr. Swensen spent six years on Wall Street–three years at Lehman Brothers and three years at Salomon Brothers–where his work focused on developing new financial technologies. At Salomon Brothers, he structured the first swap, acurrencytransaction involving IBM and the World Bank. Mr. Swensen authoredPioneering Portfolio Management: An Unconventional Approach to InstitutionalInvestment and Unconventional Success: A Fundamental Approach to PersonalInvestment, both published by The Free Press, an imprint of Simon &Schuster. His books have been translated into Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

　　邱国鹭 Guolu Qiu

现任高毅资产董事长，曾任南方基金管理有限公司投资总监和投委会主席、普林瑟斯资本管理公司基金经理、奥泰尔领航者对冲基金合伙人、美国韦奇资本管理公司合伙人等职，在基金业18年的履历中包含了60亿美元私募资产管理公司合伙人、跨国对冲基金共同创始人、2800亿公募基金公司投研负责人等从业经验。此外，他还担任厦门大学经济学院兼职教授、北京特许金融分析师(CFA)协会理事。2016年，在“中国私募基金英华榜”评选中获“最佳产品奖·股票策略一年期最佳产品”。2012年，被评为“基金投资风云人物”。

Prior to joining Perseverance, Mr. Qiu was Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of investment committee of China Southern Asset Management, one of the largest mutual fund management companies in China. Previously, he was Portfolio Manager of Plinthos Capital, Partner of Altair Navigator Funds, and Partner of Wedge Capital Management. Mr. Qiu is a deep value investor, striving to buy high-quality companies at discounted prices. Mr. Qiu has won various awards in recent years, including The Best Equity Hedge Fund of the Year Award, The Best CIO of the Year Award, The Most Influential People in Mutual Fund Investment Award, and The Best High-end Product in Mutual Fund Industry Award. He also serves as Adjunct Professor at Xiamen University and on the Board of Directors for CFA Beijing Society. 　　尹禺然是哈佛大学2016届本科毕业生，主修艺术与建筑史。在校期间曾任哈佛中国论坛主席。目前常驻香港，在华融国际控股从事私募投资，关注全球市场的特殊地产、教育、医疗等行业的股债权投资、并购过桥贷、FOF、PPP机会。业余时间参与高礼香港英才会的组建，回馈高礼大家庭。她喜欢电影、瑜伽和绘画。

　　Scarlett Yin received B.A in History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University in 2016. She was co-president of Harvard China Forum from 2015-16. Based in Hong Kong, Scarlett now works in PE department at Huarong International Holdings, focusing on equity/debt, bridge/M&A loans, FOF and PPP opportunities in specialized real estates, education and healthcare sectors. She dedicates her free time to founding Hillhouse Academy Hong Kong Society. She enjoys movie, yoga and painting.

　　梁兵 Bing Liang

梁兵, 上海交通大学上海高级金融学院（SAIF）金融学全时访问教授,麻省大学爱森堡管理学院金融学教授,全球对冲基金权威学者之一，亦担任国际对冲基金刊物《另类投资》的主编。因其杰出的研究成果，梁兵教授先后获得2003年欧洲金融协会对冲基金类最佳论文奖，同年，梁兵教授还受邀成为美国证券管理委员会对冲基金圆桌会议的专家组成员。2006年麻省大学爱森堡管理学院杰出研究奖和麻省大学研发领域最高成就奖，2007年中国国际金融会议最佳论文奖和BSI的伽玛基金会研究奖，2007和2008年分别获得了爱森堡管理学院特殊研究员称号等多个奖项。

Bing Liang, a full-time visiting professor of Finance at SAIF and a professor of finance at Isenberg School of Management, UMass, is one of the most authoritative scholars studying global hedge fund nowadays, and performed as the chief editor for <LingleiTouzi>. At the same year, he was invited to be the panel member for the round-table conference led by the (US.)SEC. In 2006, Liang earned the“Highest-Achievement Award” presented by Umass as well as the“Outstanding Research Award” offered by its Isenberg School. Besides, Liang has also has earned a series of special awards, including the “Best Paper Award” issued by China International Finance Conference, in the following years.

　　Dr. James H. Nolt

Dr. James H. Nolt has been a Senior Fellow at the World Policy Institute for 20 years. He recently completed a book, International Political Economy: The Business of War and Peace, published byRoutledge Press. His core research interest is the influence of business, especially finance, on international relations. He has also published a number of articles about the Chinese military and the East Asian military balance and is currently working on an article about the prospects of an economic crisis inChina. Prof. Nolt recently lived in China for 7 years as founding campus dean of a joint venture college and later associate professor of management there.He has also taught at the New School University, graduate and undergraduate faculty, Seton Hall University, and Vanderbilt University. He has a PhD in political science from the University of Chicago and an MA in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Lu Zhang, the Founding and Managing Partner of NewGen Capital, graduated from Standford University. Prior to starting NewGen, she was a Venture Partner at Fenox Venture Capital. She participated in over 20investments and assist M&A of the portfolios. Lu was also the Founder andCEO of Acetone Inc. (acquired 2012), a start-up focused on non-invasive technology for the early diagnosis of Type II diabetes. She has also worked as a consultant at theUnited Nations Industrial Development Agency. Lu received her M.S. in MaterialsScience and Engineering from Stanford University and holds several patents. Sheis an advisor and mentor to several innovation programs and incubators inSilicon Valley. Lu has won numerous awards and is frequently invited to speak at events. She was recently awarded the Forbes 30 under 30 & Featured as the Honoree of VC category.
